Dolly Look

I actually recorded this video a week after the last one, but I thought it would be stupid of me to pop up, make two videos, and maybe disappear again - So my bestie Mari adviced me to wait! And when I just logged in on youtube and discovered that I had reached 800 subscribers, I was so happy that I uploaded it straight away! Thank you so much, guys! :D
Fun fact: I edited out a part about the course on eyebrows and lashes because I said ''in a month'' - Cause at the time it was about a month, but now it's just over a week to the course! So you can just imagine how huge my brows are now...

So have you had a great Yule (I'm Wiccan)? Yule for me lasts from December 20th until December 31st! The Star Child is born on the 20th, and each day is like a year, and he grows, and on Twelfth Night, he's an adult (yes, the story was stolen by christians in later years)! December 21st was also the Winter Solstice! But I did have dinner with the family on the 24th (the day it's celebrated in Norway), and opened presents and all that - I also went to my boyfriend's on the evening, and today we were at his grandmother's place!
I must say that the best gift I got was Emilie Autumn's book, The Asylum For Wayward Victorian Girls - From my boyfriend! He also threw in a homemade CD of music he composed! He's so amazing. I've wanted the book for so long, but could never afford it! So I'm enjoying it now in the pajamas I got from his grandmother, hahah :D
Fun fact: I'm featured member in the cult of the same name on VampireFreaks!

Now, on to the look! As you know, I never make any natural looks - I NEED to do something fun! Natural make-up is so boring to me, and even though it suits me, it's just not me. So this time, is a very Samhain (Halloween - again, I'm Wiccan) type look, cause you would probably never use it anytime else - Maybe for a photoshoot or a fun tea party? I was actually a doll for last year's Samhain, and I wasn't very far from the look today:
I guess since I use so much pink, I feel the need for the eyeshadow to be green!  You could also just have natural eyeshadow, and the brows... They could really just be natural, but as you know, I don't have brows (and I will probably shave them clean off again after the course), so I need to draw them on! xD And wow, how I don't suit freckles or lashes at all. I actually rarely use mascara, and can easily forget to, because I like my natural ones so much! But if I am to use lashes, they have to be bold! I can't just do things halfway...

Not really satisfied with the pictures, but oh well...

Dare Devil Look

OMFG I'M BAAACK, GUYS! :'D I mean SERIOUSLY, in my past videos I've been ''sorry'' for not doing videos for like a month... How about 7?! But hey, this has been like the biggest year of my life so far, finally being an adult and all. If you didn't know, I have a ''new'' blog (I made it just before summer) called The Little Ladies Room! That one is updated aalmost every day, at least several times a week, so if you wanna here more from me, click here!
So the blush I ordered from MAC across the country, Frankly Scarlet in pan form was REALLY worth the 55 dollars, hahahah. So I guess this is a bragging video about it - But it's so amazing that it deserves a video! So I made a cool alternative dark look with it, showing that blush can be used for other things than just a little glow on your cheeks! I hope you like it c:
Oh and I will most likely make more videos more often now, since I both have a camera with better quality and a new computer that works super fast! My school computer would shut down if I just wanted to speed up a clip a little bit... So now it only takes me a couple of hours from idea to it's uploaded! :'D

Bat Winged Look

SO sorry for not having made a video for over a month! I guess I have been busy.. Can't remember with what. But I've had easter break! And the screen on my camera broke, so I could only use the screen on the front. I got a new camera the day after this video was filmed, so I'll probably film another tutorial soon, to check if it has better quality and stuff, so stay tuned! So this time I made a cool exciting tutorial for you. I guess it's bat-inspired or cat woman-ish, hahah. I used the boldest eyeshadow colors + black, but if you don't have those, you could easily substitute them with other colors - Or just one. I think this is a look that goths will love! Enjoy!

The Perfect Blood Red Lip Tutorial

As I say in the video, I'm really sorry for not putting up a video in a month! I've been REALLY busy, for real this time. But you've been patient, and you've gotten me up to 400 subscribers, thank you so much! So this time, I'm serving you a special treat. A more in-depth tutorial on something useful! Many people like to throw on a pop of colour on their lips to doll-up, cause eyeshadows aren't their thing (I'm the opposite type though, obviously red lips aren't really my thing - or lipsticks in general, really.). So here are some tips to make it last and make it.. well, perfect!

Did a fun metallic eye look today with a runway-inspired liner!

  • MAC Lip Conditioner Stick SPF 15
  • MAC Prep + Prime Lip
  • MAC Select Moisturecover Concealer (NC30)

Experimenting With Bed Head's Hairstick For Cool People!

I decided to make one more hair video, just because I'm a hairdresser, hahah. I've been curious about TIGI Bed Head's Hairstick For Cool People, and wanted to see if it really worked - And if it did, cut layers in my hair again. So I tested it on my friend Lars, whose hair I cut myself before xmas. I heard that it can make your hair very greasy (and since it's wax based it can be hard to wash out and is also weather proof), so I didn't put in too much. But I found that it didn't really hold the hair. His hair was a little thick, but still. But I guess it can be used to keep your hair in place! We live in a city that's famous for it's rain, so yeah. I wouldn't recommend this for long hairstyles, though. Maybe if you have a fringe like mine that you need to keep perfectly straight and even.
I am by the way participating in the Norwegian Championship in hairdressing on saturday! I don't think I'll make a video about it, since I'll be pretty busy, but I think I'm gonna do a vlog, since that was requested. Me and my boyfriend have also been together for a year on wednesday, so were celebrating it in Oslo this weekend as a bonus! :D

Sorry if the music is loud and shocks you! Just added the song quickly xD

Make-Up Tutorial: Lady Gaga On The Cover Of Elle Magazine January 2012

Yeah, so I was in this newsstand type of thing, and my mom picked up Elle magazine with Lady Gaga on it, and pointed out that she had the same fringe as me! And I had just cut it. Didn't know if I should have been angry or just laugh. I remembered that someone requested a Lady Gaga look on my facebook page, and searched up the cover - The look was doable (I skipped the lace part, cause I only have black lace / mesh). So here's the inspiration and my look!
