How To Clean Your Make-Up Brushes And Tools (Spot, Deep And More)

Hello! I was bound to clean my brushes (I've been using a lot of colors lately, so I've run out of brushes that weren't clean), and thought I would film it and explain the whole process. I feel I don't do that much on my channel, I just take for granted that people know how to do shit (I for example have now promised my friend Julianne to include how I do my eyebrows in my videos. I know this shit cause I've been interested in make-up for years and have studied both hairdressing and make-up artistry. So please let me know if there is something I need to explain in my videos!

Anyway, in this video I show how to clean your make-up brushes and sponges, and list different products to use. One thing I didn't mention though was that some people use dish detergent for synthetic brushes, which is a thing to consider if your brushes are synthetic (mine aren't). Dish detergents are usually antibacterial, and therefore could be good for synthetic brushes. Do not use it for brushes with real hair, as it will probably make it stiff. Would you use dish detergent in your hair? Exactly. So that's how you should treat your brushes! Most people use baby shampoo and cleansing shampoos, but I just use what I have, which is usually something for dry, damaged or fine hair.

From Ink To Blush - Spawn

I thought I would come back to the series I do on my channel, which is Monster High and my comic book hero / villain one, this. I'm planning to do one more look in the series after this, then I think I'm going to move on to something else. I still have a few characters left that I want to do in the Monster High series though.
So this look is me channeling Spawn. He has a really cool look, so I mostly ended up just copying it. I wanted to incorporate his BADASS cape, but I felt that would ruin the rest, so oh well. Maybe I'll just get myself a cape like that, hahah.

Job Interview Look Using Too Faced

Hello! Today (well, yesterday now) I went to a job interview, and lately I've really been wanting to come back to youtube (reasons why I haven't I explain in the video), so I thought I would do a tutorial on it! This is what I wore. I like to be honest about my appearance and personality when it comes to work, and just tone it down if they feel it's too much. But I've been pretty lucky, in Norway this isn't as big of an issue as it might be in the US, for example.
For me this is very toned down, as I like to express myself with my make-up, which usually is very colorful. But I hope this still helps out some of you, and gives you any ideas for what to wear in a setting like this!

Too Faced Bonbon & PB&J Palette Review

Why, hello! Yes, I have been gone for way too long again. Sorry about that, I have a life you know! Lol, not really. Anyway, I wasn't really motivated to do anything, but then these palettes came out. After a while in utter despair at the amount of money I had to pay to actually get them in my hands, I kind of gave up for a while. But then my mother had an idea about asking a friend of hers in the states to buy them for me and ship them! So yeah. And now I'm super excited! So let's dive in!

From Ink To Blush - Rogue

Look at all the cool artwork I found featuring Rogue! I couldn't find so many good pictures of her from X-Men Evolution, but oh well. Goth Rogue ftw! So I took inspiration from that, and also the colors of the suit or whatever she's known for. I wanted this to be a more extreme look, as what she actually WEARS isn't that exciting. So even though you might not want to wear it, I hope you enjoy my take on it!

Make-Up Collection & Storage

So, I realized that I've never done one of these! I actually filmed one before I went to the Usa, but it never saw the day of light. Now I have more, plus a nice bathroom, and I also show you what came in the kit I got from MUA school. I guess there's not much more to say, which is really weird - I didn't even edit the video!

Urban Decay VS Sugarpill

Oh hey! Every time I post a video it's been ages, and I come up with some long excuse about me having a life and shit. Well, at least it hasn't been a year this time. Since last I moved into a sweet apartment with my best friend, turned 21, and life is awesome-ish. We also didn't have internet for a while, but our awesome landlord helped us with that, and now for the ultimate test; uploading a youtube video.
I've been trying to figure out what video I would do next - I was a little sick of just doing looks all the time, so I'm gonna try to incorporate other beauty-related stuff as well from now on. Funnily enough after I ranted and asked what people wanted to see, I went through my shit and buried underneath palettes (I seriously have to stack stuff in there - you'll see in my next video), I found two palettes I forgot I had, which were very similar, and wanted to compare them. I'll stop now and get to it

Bronzed Exotic Look

So I wanted to pretend it was summer here in Norway, so I wanted to do something with lots of bronzer to fake my tan, hahah. Found out that I'm already pretty tan - even though I feel pale. But ok! The eye look may be a little too dark or weird for normal people, but I like it! Green isn't used that much, so why not choose that color when you want to spice things up? But I still of course added black, cause I love black.

Monster High – Lagoona Blue

Oh holy fucking shit. It's been a year. I have a good excuse this time! I moved across the globe to work for Disney World. So I rarely had time off and when I did, I either explored or slept. Also I lost my camera charger - my mother sent me a new camera, but I thought it sucked, so I didn't really use it. It's fine for videos, really, now that I've used it a little more. I hope it's not supersucky!
Anyway. I'm back just like before, and I'm diving straight in to whatever I was doing. In this case, Monster High videos. I will do some other types of videos too, and when I run out of ideas I'll ask you guys on facebook. So without further or do, my take on Lagoona Blue!
